Pixymini provides a free, browser-based image compression tool that allows users to compress images directly in their web browser. The service supports multiple image formats including JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and GIF.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Pixymini only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the service
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the service
• Use the service to process images that infringe on intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

The Pixymini website, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pixymini and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you process using our service.

5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixymini and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of these Terms.

9. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you process using Pixymini. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. When using client-side processing, your images never leave your device and are not stored on our servers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
